What exactly gets charged, and when?
Today you pay for your first month of service, plus any accessories or Cosmo Care you added. The watch itself costs nothing until your trial ends. On that date we charge the watch at the price shown when you ordered, the one-time activation fee, and your first membership period. After that it's just your membership each month. The exact amount and date are shown above the checkout button and repeated in your order confirmation.
What if the price changes while I'm on trial?
It doesn't affect you. The price is locked when you place your order. If we raise the price or a sale ends, you still pay what you saw.
How do I cancel?
One click from your account, or the cancel link in any trial email. No phone call, no chat, no retention script. Cancel before your trial ends and you're charged nothing further.
Do I have to send the watch back if I cancel?
Yes, and we pay for it. Cancelling triggers a prepaid return label by email. Drop it in the mail within 14 days.
Are accessories part of the trial?
No. Bands, screen protectors, the charging stand, and Cosmo Care are a normal purchase and are charged today. They're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, which runs on the same clock as your trial, so if you cancel you can return those too.
Why do I need a membership to try it?
The watch is a phone. Without cell service it can't call, text, or share location, so the trial wouldn't tell you anything. Your membership starts free and isn't billed until the trial ends.
Is my card charged if the watch is late?
No. If your package hasn't been delivered, we push your trial end date out so you always get the full 30 days with the watch in hand.
