the upgrade process:
Provide your existing JrTrack's phone number & IMEI number (on back of device)
Customer support will email you a free shipping label that you can use to return your old JrTrack
Send back your old(but functional*) JrTrack using the emailed free shipping label from customer support.
It's as easy as that! We'll take care of safe disposal to keep our planet happy.
Once we receive your old JrTrack, we will automatically issue a 50% credit on 1 month of service & data during your next cycle.
