Activation FAQ's

Activation should take just a few minutes with a few steps. It involves:
1) setting up your COSMO Connect plan, and
2) Pairing your JrTrack 2 and plan with the COSMO Mission Control app.
Please note: it can take up to 24 hours for your data plan to be fully active.

The activation process above only applies to JrTrack 2. Activation is different if you have a JrTrack 1. For that process, click here.

Activating multiple devices is no problem! You'll simply purchase an individual COSMO Connect plan for each watch first, then pair each watch/plan in your Mission Control app.
