What's the difference betwen 911 and SOS?
With SOS mode, a child can quickly notify the primary account holder by double tapping the watch's power button to send immediate notification via the Mission Control parent app and start live tracking. With optional 911 calling, you can give your child access to 911 as an approved contact in case of emergencies.
Can I turn off the ability to call 911?
Yes, 911 calling is there when you child is ready. Toggle this feature on or off in the watch settings.
What does SOS mode do?
When activated, SOS mode will start live tracking your child's watch, pinging location every 30 seconds for 15 minutes. It will also notify the main account holder of it's SOS status.
