How long does activation take?

You'll activate your watch's SIM card by purchasing a COSMO Mobile service plan with unlimited talk, text, and data.


Activation generally takes just a few minutes but could take up to an hour. Please be sure to:


> Press "Activate my plan" after checking out with your COSMO Mobile plan.

> Restart your device several times if service is not recognized when starting up your watch (this is normal!)

Each JrTrack watch requires it's own separate line/activation. You’ll activate one device at a time. Once you’ve activated the first watch, you’ll see the option to activate another watch.
