Yes! JrTrack has the ability to call 911. You can turn this safety feature on / off in the settings of the device. To do this, open the JrTrack settings app on the watch, then tap "Device". Next, scroll down until you see "Enable 911 Calling" where you can enable or disable. When enabled, your child will see 911 as an option in their approved contact list. All 911 calls require a double confirmation before a call is placed.
Yes! Swapping wrist band colors is a fun way to customize your JrTrack! We offer two types of wrist bands: Active Fit silicone bands and Comfort-Fit woven velcro bands. All JrTrack wrist bands are compatible with all models of JrTrack.

You bet! You can use COSMO with any iOS or Android smartphone. The JrTrack kids smart watch is a standalone phone with it's own pre-installed SIM card and phone number that pairs with the Mission Control parent app, available for download on Android or iOS smartphones. To use COSMO, you'll simply purchase a COSMO Mobile Membership service plan to activate the SIM card in your JrTrack watch, then download the Mission Control parent app and pair with your JrTrack watch. With the app you can:
- Add approved contacts and guardians
- See and track live location
- Set custom SafeZones and alerts
- Set Class Mode times (limit watch functions to calling/SOS to prevent distractions)
- Set reminders & alarms

Your JrTrack watch can be set up in three simple steps right out of the box!
1) Activate your COSMO Mobile cellular service plan
Your watch comes with a pre-installed SIM card. Simply visit our Activate page, enter your device IMEI number, and select the plan that fits your needs.
> Pro Tip: You may need to restart your device a few times after activating your plan in order to successfully establish cellular connection for the first time. This is normal!
2) Download the Mission Control app
After activating your plan, download the Mission Control parent app to your phone (available on iOS or Android) and set up your account-holder profile.
3) Pair your JrTrack watch to the Mission Control app
Follow on the on-screen instructions (in-app and on the watch) to pair your JrTrack watch with the Mission Control app and set up your child's profile.
