Cancel & Return Policy

Money Back Guarantee

  • COSMO offers a 15 day money back guarantee from the point of device activation. Customers have this full period to test their device(s) and reach out to COSMO to submit a request for cancellation/return. 
  • Requests for refunds on COSMO Mobile service plans cannot be honored beyond this window and are subject to the terms of the contract that you signed up under.
  • Devices must be in good working order and in original packaging to initiate a return and receive full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Third Party Returns/Cancellations

  • Device returns to Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc. are subject to each provider's return window/policy. You must initiate a device return from the provider where you purchased your watch.
  • Returns to Amazon, Walmart, or Target do not automatically initiate cancellation of your COSMO Mobile service plan. You must follow the additional steps outlined below in order to request cancelation of service.
  • Any requests to cancel service beyond the 15 Day Money Back Guarantee window will be subject to the full contract costs as agreed to.

Frequently Asked

Does returning my watch cancel my plan? 

No. If you return your watch, you still need to cancel your plan by reaching out to the support team at support@cosmotogether.com.

Can I get a refund on my COSMO Mobile plan?

You have 15 days from the date you purchased your COSMO Mobile plan to cancel and receive a full refund. This includes both monthly and prepaid plans.

Can I return my watch for a refund?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase of your watch to return it for a full refund if you purchase through our website. 

How long will it take to process my refund? 

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to reach your account. If it has been longer than this amount of time, feel free to reach out to support.
