Let's get your JrTrack Pro set up.

Five settings in the Cosmo app get the watch ready for your family's routine. Start with the first one, or jump to the step you need.

Before you start

  1. Charge it fully

    Attach the charger to the back of the watch and leave it until the battery is full.

  2. Get the Cosmo app

    Search your app store for Cosmo: Family Connection.

  3. Pair and activate

    Follow the app to add your child, pair the watch and choose a membership plan.

  4. Join your Wi-Fi

    On the watch, open Settings and tap Wi-Fi. It sharpens indoor location and lets apps download.

Choose how often the watch shares its location.

Background updates keep the Home map current and send your arrival alerts. Until you change it, the watch checks in every 30 minutes from 7 AM to 7 PM.

In the appControls Your child Location tracking

  1. Pick 5, 10, 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
  2. Set a time window, or turn the schedule off to update around the clock.
  3. Tap the blue check to save.

Need them on the map right now? Tap your child on the Home map, then Track. Live Tracking updates every second for up to 5 minutes.

Add the people who can call and text the watch.

JrTrack Pro blocks every unknown number, so your child only hears from people you've approved. Start with family, then add friends and caregivers.

In the appControls Your child Contacts

  1. Tap +, then enter their name and phone number.
  2. Choose which of your children they can reach.
  3. Tap the blue check. They show up on the watch right away.

Set a School Routine for distraction-free class time.

Routines change what the watch can do by time and place, from class to bedtime. A School Routine switches on once your child is at school during school hours, so sick days at home stay unrestricted.

Restriction level

During school hours, your child can use:

  • SOS
  • Calls and texts with parents and guardians
  • 9-1-1 calling, if you turned it on
  • Apps, camera and games

In the appControls Your child Add Routine

  1. Choose the school icon, search for the school and set its boundary on the map.
  2. Set the days and hours, pick a restriction level and tap Save.

Only you and your guardians can turn a Routine off.

Add their first app from App Station.

You choose every app on JrTrack Pro, and your child can't install anything on their own. Browse the kid-safe library for music and learning apps that fit your family.

  1. Make sure the watch is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Browse the library and tap Download.
  3. Tap the installed app, then Set Time Limit to give it a daily allowance.

When the allowance runs out, the app locks until the next day. You can also manage apps from your Parent Portal at parent.cosmotogether.com.

Turn on 9-1-1 calling and get to know SOS.

Emergency calling stays off until you switch it on. SOS is ready from the first day, and it reaches you and your guardians.

In the appControls Your child Safety features

  1. Turn on Show emergency calling.
  2. 9-1-1 joins the watch's contact list, with a confirmation step so it can't be called by accident.
How SOS works
  1. 5 secYour child holds the Power button.
  2. 15 secA silent countdown lets them cancel a mistake.
  3. AlertYou're notified and Live Tracking starts.

If you call the watch while SOS is on, it picks up silently so you can hear what's going on.
