Limited Voluntary Replacement Program
At COSMO, we take our responsibility to serve families seriously. We know parents count on us to help them stay connected with their kids, and we never take that trust for granted. We are initiating a limited voluntary replacement program for certain customers with JrTrack 4 devices to ensure you have a working watch for your family.

Why a Limited Voluntary Replacement Program?
We have identified a non-safety-related component in a limited number of JrTrack 4 watches that may malfunction and cause watches to become non-functional. This applies only to a small subset of JrTrack 4 devices; While most customers will experience no impact at all, we are taking immediate action to make sure our COSMO families get the support they need.
- Please know that there are no safety concerns whatsoever with this component.
- If a malfunction occurs, customers will experience their device being frozen or stuck on a screen after restart or update, most commonly a white COSMO logo screen.

How does the voluntary replacement program work?
We are offering any affected customers with this subset of devices a free, no-hassle replacement, no questions asked. This includes a full service transfer for your line at no cost to you. Even if your device has not experienced any issue, you're eligible to proactively receive a replacement on eligible devices if you choose.
