Safety is at the core of JrTrack 4. Only COSMO offers SafeCORE which is a four-front set of safety features to make sure your child has the best protection right on their wrist:

Absolutely! With JrTrack 4 you can send and receive real SMS/MMS messages with parent-approved contacts. Use the on-watch keyboard for free typing, or send pre-set options with just a tap (customizable via the Mission Control parent app.) You can also send emojis, voice messages, photos, and short videos! JrTrack 4 can even join group messages if all members of the group are approved contacts.
Any apps the require a subscription (e.g. Spotify Kids, Calm) are not included with your COSMO Mobile membership and must be purchased separately.

Calling: You bet! All models of JrTrack can call each other as long as a parent/guardian adds another JrTrack watch as an approved contact via the Mission Control app.
Texting: JrTrack 3 and JrTrack 4 watches can text each other if both are approved by their respective parent apps. All JrTrack watches under the same Mission Control Parent app account will automatically be able to see and call/message each other (our Family Buddy feature!).
We recommend ages 6-12 as the best fit for JrTrack 4!
Yes! Unlike many other kids smartwatches, JrTrack 4 has a photo & video camera, as well as important safety features and parent-approved contacts. That means more moments captured and more ways to safely share memories together!
Yes. It's a dangerous world, so we've made it easy to set up emergency calling as an option for your child. In your JrTrack 4 watch settings, parents can toggle 911 "ON" or "OFF" which will add/remove 911 as a contact option for your child within the calling app. There is also a double-confirmation + 5 second countdown to prevent accidental calls. This features is disabled by default, so make sure to enable this if you want this feature.
Yes, JrTrack 4 is compatible with any smartphone with iOS (Apple) or Android (Samsung, etc.). Once your watch arrives, all you need to do is download the COSMO Mission Control parent app from Google Play/Apple App Store and pair with your watch! Using the Mission Control app on your phone, you'll be able to see your child's location, manage settings, approve contacts, and more!
It does! With JrTrack it's easy to set distraction-free times with "School Mode" to help meet your child's needs. When enabled, this setting limits the functions of the watch to just telling time, activating SOS, 911, and texting guardians. JrTrack cannot text or call other "contacts" while school mode is enabled. If there are people you don't want your child to be able to message during school mode, simply change their permissions type to a "Contact" instead of a "Guardian" in the Mission Control app.
JrTrack 4 has a front-facing camera for taking pictures and recording video. Kids can send pictures to any approved contacts via messages. However, JrTrack 4 does not support video calling.
